Service Inc. (Arctic Circle Air) is pleased to announce that we now
participate in a new promotion with Alaska Airlines.
What does this mean
to you? For every dollar your spend for freight or charters using
Arctic Circle Air * (excluding taxes and fees) you will receive 1
Alaska Airlines Mile**.

We will need your Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan number and the First and
Last name of the authorized mileage plan member.
When
shipping your freight from Anchorage to one of our hubs, tell
your mainline carrier you want to use Arctic Circle Air
for the bush segment of your shipment. Mail or fax a copy of
your mainline Air Waybill within 90 days to Arctic Circle Air
to ensure that your miles are credited to your account.
*Mileage will be
credited for the base charge and does not include Federal, State and
Local taxes, as well as any surcharges or fees. All charges must
have been prepaid or paid in full before mileage will be credited to
your account. For shipments that are charged to an approved customer
account, all charges for each shipment must be paid within 30 days
of service (net 30) to qualify for the Mileage Program. Negotiated
contracts are excluded from Mileage awards unless specifically
allowed in the contract. Mileage will be paid on transfer freight
for only the portion of charges that pertain to travel on Arctic
Circle Air. Please contact our office for explanation or further
details. Cordova and Yakutat are excluded from the Mileage Program.
Program begins June 15, 2004.
**Customers may sign
up, check their miles and view award levels at Alaska Airlines
website at
www.alaskaair.com. All questions regarding your
Alaska Airlines Mileage account should be directed to Alaska
