Below is a listing of charter rates and passenger capability. If we cannot accommodate your request we will recommend alternative methods of shipment.
In reviewing the enclosed charter information please take time to refer to the notes on the bottom of this page. All capacities are based at maximum, and will vary due to aircraft, fuel (IFR) requirements, and weather.

Charters provided by Arctic Circle Air include one half (1/2) hour Stand-By time, please contact station if additional time is needed.

Rate on additional stand-by time is one half (1/2) charters fee.

Cargo charter rates do not include federal excise tax (6.25%) and fuel surcharges may apply.

Passenger charters
are taxed at 7.5% and other surcharges may apply.

Capacities are calculated using direct routing VFR fuel requirements (45 Minutes).

Some destinations require routing other than direct.

Aircraft from other bases can deploy to any location on request.
